This week Dutch mega artist Frans Bauer kicked off with his all new theatre Tour “Live in Concert” using 2 Midas pro 6 digital mixers (one FOH and one monitor).

This system uses the Midas Dl-431 splitter box with dual gain structure allowing the FOH and monitor engineer driving different gain structures without influencing each other’s mix all.

A KT DN-9696 hard disk recorder with virtual sound check complements the set.

John Kriek a well respected engineer upon till now always relied on Midas XL-4 and H-3000 for his major events

Frans Bauer who is known to be very keen at which audio gear he needs to rely on was particular happy with the KT DN 9696 hard disk recorder because the virtual sound check mode allows him and his engineers to a much shorter sound check and thus more time to try our new items in his songs during sound check time.
